Hello everyone! It’s me Emily! I managed to lock myself out of my account only to find that I still have an old account from last year!!! What do I do to get the other account back I’m not very technologically savy! I’m about to cry geez!!!
Any advice would be great!!

Hi Emily. Have you tried the forgotten password function?
- Log out of your account
- Tap on Log In, you’ll see this screen:
- Tap on the “I forgot my password” link and you’ll be asked for your email address, enter the email address of your old account.
- You’ll get an email with a link to change your password. After that you’ll be able to log back in.
Yeah I tried that and it logged me into my old account with my other email address. I thought I set up the new one with my new email address through Google. So I’m not exactly sure what to do? Because I found and logged into my old account.
Any VPN suggestions that unlocks Netflix? It would be great that if it did more than that.
I have been reading the rewievs but I would love some feedback.
