So alcohol has ruined my life and it is something that I have been struggling with and as of Saturday I decided that I can’t do this anymore and I need to better my life and become sober for myself and for my loved ones. So I am just beginning my journey.

Welcome, Jennifer! Talking Sober has made a huge difference for me; I’m glad you found us! There’s a lot of great wisdom here because all of us have at least some idea of what you’re going through and how hard it is.
