Meetings? Rehab? IOP? Therapy?

What does giving it your all look like? It’s good to have concrete statements and plans so that you have things to strive for. That’s why 90 meetings in 90 days is effective. It gives you daily sobriety goals

Im taking part within online meetings now - just to be around people & keeping my focus away from alcohol. Im such a better person without it … im unsure what 90 meetings in 90 days is but will look into it …

Hi Cindy and welcome :raising_hand_woman:
If you play your cards right you have more strenght and sober days in your pocket next Christmas/NYE. And you have a “toolbox” filled with things that helps you trough cravings.

What has helped me to get my stretch of days was come here every day to check in sober.
Being involved here gave me the feeling I wasn’t struggeling alone and I could go somewhere when I had a craving.
So I hope to see you around often!

Hi.

I learned that I had to have a plan for my sobriety. So far my plan has worked. I went to over 90 meetings in 90 days. Some days I went to multiple meetings. During that time I was able to develop skills that help me stay sober that carry me through today. Tomorrow is gonna come regardless and I’ve learned to deal with that l. If I just take care of today, I’ll have a much better chance of succeeding tomorrow. :peace_symbol:
