I have been clean for heroin for nearly 8 months now hardest thing i done best the best thing i done aswell i lost everything cause of it but slowly building myself back up again hard work but i will get there

I have 41days with 0 form of marijuanna. No cbd no nothing

Alcohol is #2. Day 441 no alcohol

I would say it does not matter how far we have went down, what matters is us getting up and being saved

Ive hit 275 days now since i last used herion i feel so good ive started doing some exercise at home doing planks and press up i just want to be toned ill get there
