Hey Guys and Gals, been a minute I’ve been sober for 394 days and I’ve lost the love of my life and staying strong as possible. I have been having depression spats loneliness and PTSD and anxiety don’t help but just saying hello 
I’m still kicking had a good dinner and relaxing tonight. Love everyone of you on here trying
