Hi, my name is Jules and I’m new to this site. I struggle with opiates, benzos and love/sex addiction. I had been almost 30 days clean of opiates and benzos but I relapsed yesterday. I’m feeling pretty disappointed in myself but I’m trying to pick myself up and start over again. Any advice? I’m hopeful about joining this group and I look forward to discussions and interactions. Ignore the disappointment, be proud that you recognize your ready to change, and move forward!
