We are avoiding the hangover by not drinking. It works EVERY time.

I hated that high anxiety hangover thing. Such a negative way to feel and be. It drags you down so much. There is literally zero good stuff about feeling like that.

Vitamin B and pedialite.

It really is. So soul sucking and makes you feel so crappy. Not wanting to feel that way anymore was a huge motivator for me. Whenever I thought oh just one, I re read my list if how crappy alcohol made my life.

I’m sorry your so sick. Just know you’ll feel better tomorrow. I was going to suggest to write down how you ate feeling in as much detail as possible so the next time you want to drink read that.

Me too! I don’t ever want to feel like that in the morning again. That feeling has given me some serious PTSD. Everytime I am triggered to drink I reminisce on the anxiety in the morning.

@Annie_Allaire wheeeew been there way to many times then I can count. The main thing is you HAVE to push through it. 2nd you might wanna drink as much water as possible. Sorry you relapse. Keep trying at it :muscle:

Water is the true nectar of the gods! I chug this and chamomile lavender tea constantly.

Power your way through… Sit in the bathroom for a while. Sit outside for a bit. Distract yourself with something funny if you can. I’d have called in sick personally.
