Finally got in a good hike today. Even got a Pacific view. Same place as always and I’m so lucky to have it so close by. Never gets old.

Life is much nicer lived at a snails pace, ideally with a loved one.

I spent 17 years west mids / staffs border then 3 years in Lancaster before moving south to London. I really love the north and it’s weather to be honest, there’s something so cosy and predictable about it.
Walsall area, but more towards Cannock Chase kind of North Walsall. Proper Midlands, me.
My little hike today. From urban Amsterdam to rural Waterland, with a visit to sister’s garden and Luna’s grave along the way. Glorious skies. And a kitty cat of course.
