Hi! I just tend to look in on here, not often posting but gaining strength from you all . Knowing this amazing group of strong brilliant people is there, helps me more than I can say and I cannot thank you enough for that. This year has been horrible in so many ways. My mum died, I got colitis which has been so debilitating. I have severe stenosis and bulging discs and went from boxing and weightlifting every day to being in a wheelchair. But the 20th December marks one year of AF. And without that goodness knows where I’d be. Possibly not here given my state this time last year. Sorry to waffle on but I want to say thank you for being there. And to know that there is hope . Life without alcohol is not life without seasoning, it’s a clear, strong, present and wonderful life.
