Today is going to be hard with the weather in the uk 
how is everyone coping
not all of the uk here in Scotland we d had rain and its been overcast all day and the forecast for us is 17 degrees , when i lived in the south east of England the summers were a lot hotter than Scotland ,remember that sun lotion and plenty of fluids .
