Day 1 , plus 1.5 miles dog walk (another walk to come later) and 15.75 miles on the bike. Beautiful New England Fall day!
Day 1 done + 8K walk! I have a monthly goal of walking 125K, but days are getting shorter, it’s gonna be tough to reach that goal with outdoor walks. I have a stepper, I guess that will be my plan B for indoor workout in winter!
I’m in! Day 1 done.
A bit of a late check in but yeah
Day one done
Day 2 - It was hard My goal is to do these in addition to my normal workouts. My trainer this morning had a shit ton of arm work. The warmup had 50 push-ups
Day 2 done. 1.5 miles walk on lunch break, another beautiful Fall day that feels like Summer!
Day 2
Right before late run. It was so dark, peaceful and quiet
Day 3 - all done on my knees. My arms are still sore from yesterday
Day 3 done - right after my body combat. I did them on my knees, I was feeling tired today after the gym…No KM walked since Sunday!
Day 3 done.
Nothing else; lazy, rainy, windy day.
Forgot to check in last night
So here it is
Day 2☑️
Day 3✅
Day 3 in the books, 1 mile (1.6 km) and 1.5 mile (2.4 km) walks, 30 minute spin session that was 9 virtual miles (14.5 km)
Approximate total walk/run 6.5 miles, bike 24.75 miles.
Do you have a tracker for your spin bike? I’m looking for one. I have found cadence ones but not sure how to track the distance
Um I am late to this party but I want in!!! Will start tomorrow Xo. Thanks for making this page @Mischa84!!!
D’oh! Forgot all about this, I was in Mexico for work for a week and am still getting caught up on life.
1, 2, and 3… Done!
For the spinner, it’s actually a Wahoo Kicker trainer that my old road bike is mounted too, and that comes with an app and all the tracking. For the road bike, I use a Garmin Edge bike computer. It tracks by GPS - I learned pretty quickly to turn it on and have it orient to new satellite connections on race day. It can take up to a half hour for it to acquire a signal, so I had to learn to prepare!
In addition, I have two separate cadence trackers, one for each bike, and before the Edge I used a speed meter on the road bike that my Garmin Connect app could track.
Don’t get me started on gear!
This is what I was looking at. I’m getting close to hitting my running goal for the year and thinking of using my spin bike more to get some varied training. So I just need an app to go with it I’m guessing.
This is my bike. I had it for a few years but hardly ever use it because I can track anything other than how long I’m on it.
Wahoo also has a similar speedometer. Like the cadence monitor, it mounts to the crank arm. They are both ANT compliant so most tracker apps can sense and record them.
