Sweet looking bike, btw!
Day 1 Did some yoga stretches, and 25 push ups (my face is way too stuffed up to keep leaning forward like that lol) so I did 100 crunches and will do the rest of my sit ups later after the Otrivin kicks in.
What do ya’ll do to not find working out boring? Tips please! Xo.

Planning to go for a run when kids fall asleep but who knows… might give up later
I’ll check in for day 4 now. I have a date with my trainer and we will do the pushups then. Adding a 1.5 mile walk on a Summer-like Fall day in New England.

Day 4 done! I spent 45 minutes on my walker and did the push-ups in sets in between. I’m not sure about the (virtual) distance, but it got me sweating a lot!! Plus 2 mosquitoes bit me…
I’m battling a stomach bug. It came out of nowhere I can’t/ don’t want to do push-ups today. Gonna call a rest day for me. I’m already 2 pepto in so hopefully I’ll feel better soon

Thanks Without putting TMI out there I’m feeling somewhat better but my stomach is just sore now from the cramping earlier.
Day 4 push-ups done. Will do day 5 in the afternoon. Feeling tons better today

Day 5 Ran a full 3 miles today, longest run since mid-May! And with negative split times!! Also two dog walks.

I went ahead and knocked out day 7 & 8 because it’s my weekend to work and I almost always end up working long shifts and I know I won’t feel like doing push-ups after
Why did day 7 have less than day 1
Day 7 done. No extra miles on the rest day and only one walk in the pouring rain today for a mile.
