42 days sober and finally under 200 pounds. Goals: never drink again, weigh 192 pounds.
Truly amazing!! Congratulations
Thank you!
Good job, keep the days coming
Suggestion, just focus on not picking up a drink today. @Bheff Tomorrow wake up and recommit yourself to just one more day not picking up a drink.
I can commit myself to not drinking today but when I think of forever it gets a little sketchy. My mind and the disease of alcoholism likes to play tricks with me if I think too far in advance. I try to stay in the here and now. Congratulations on your 42 days of sobriety. One day at a time my friendā¦
Iām thankful and grateful and proud of myself I have 58 days clean today. Itās been hard but itās all been worth it clean and sober is the way to live thatās the right way.
Four weeks today!

Today is day 17 for me.
Iām starting to feel more comfortable in sobriety and finding myself forming more sober habits that keep the anxiety away. Iām hoping Iām able to form more good habits and be even more comfortable not drinking as I push forward. Keep it up everyone.
