I couldnât pass 13 days for the longest, but cleared 15 days as of now! Feeling pretty good despite some residual digestion probs and some forgetfulness. I know its only a short time but feeling good about it! You all here have helped me press on and will keep trying.

s/h, basically because I have terrible mood swings (bipolar disorder) and still havenât found mood stabilizers that donât make me manic⌠itâs rough but Iâm getting there.
