Yeah bro I’ve been sober for a little over a year now and I was really doing bad on drugs and alcohol but I got in A.A and things changed I just had to be willing to do this program and had to let go of those old ideas that had me stuck in self bondage so staying sober is possible. Are you in AA or have you thought about it?

I’m not in AA but I’ve been thinking more about it after reading other’s posts about it. I’ve been doing okay on my own but I’m sure it would be good to learn tools to use when I’m not feeling so strong. I just wouldn’t even know how to begin.

I love this forum and also follow “oneyearnobeer” on Facebook. This forum is also highly inspirational and a great community. Lots of stuff to learn…I just listen and watch as it’s based in the UK and I’m in Aus…
