Iām going on almost 4 days without using. Have been down this road many times before, but it seems different this time. I donāt think my mindset was really there about becoming sober before. Always made excuses and bargained with myself. If I just use until ??? then I will quit. Etc. No bargaining this time. Iām setting realistic goals and times so I donāt set myself up for failure. Right now dealing with the fatigue. Looking into meetings as well.
