My sleep schedual is a bit off and the pink cloud is strong bu i feel hopefull
Today will also be day 4 without a cigg. Im wayy less congested and even managed to have some money in my pocket.

We just had ascension weekend, which gave us a 4 days weekend to and I drank way to much unfortunately.

08:21 (yes we says time that way, my American friends usually finds it funny ) I’m in Sweden.
It’s a celebration of the day when Jesus got back to heaven. Sweden is mostly an atheist country, but all our holidays is an unholy mix of pagan/Heathen traditions and the traditions that came with Christianity. Most of us doesn’t really celebrate in a Christian way, but it gives us one or two days extra out of work and or school.
Sweden isn’t in quarantine and have never been during this covid outbreak (Yes I know it a strange way to handle it) but besides work or school we aren’t really allowed to travel out of our own cities and villages and the borders will most likely remain closed until the end of summer. So a lot of things just keeps going on as usual here.

Some days it has not been easy but through working a 12-step program with my sponsor I have acquired the tools to get through those days when the shitshow is in full force.
