Try not to think of long road ahead but instead just focus on the next 24 hours. We just have to do this journey one day at a time. I find breaking it down into 24 hours of sobriety helps keep me on this journey. Sending you love and strength

The only day that matters is today. Sobriety happens one day at a time. The days will build slowly. Keep up the hard work! It doesnt get easy it just gets easier.
