Congratulations on a year!! And welcome back!

Thank you!! I’d like to be in here more, but I moved to a house in the country and have hardly any service and always forget to check my phone when I get into town lol

That’s a lovely number Hannah… good to see you keep kicking addictions ass:muscle::muscle:

Life gets busy, it’s good to see you here as often as you get the chance.

Saturday morning at 6.43 am and im just coming into day 41. Friday night is the hard evening for me, well used to be.
I sit with the trigger now and the thoughts and feel what it feels like physically, with curiosity and understanding, and on i go. And make tea. I always look in the mirror when this happens to give myself some respect and love and honour myself. :medal_military: well done i say. I love you i say xx

Thank you Pandita. Feeling it again today. Playing it forward to tomorrow’s morning and comparing both sanarios, does help doesn’t it.

480 days!!
It was really hard the first few days and weeks. Then I got into a rhythm. I suddenly had so much time in my hands and had to find things to keep busy. Reading here every time I felt an urge to drink kept me sober.
If I did it, everyone else can. Keep up the hard work ODAAT.
