15 days is also really great! Staying in the present though makes it go by fast. Enjoy the journey because sobriety has no destination.

One week today 
I noticed some mental clarity today that felt really different, but my body is still very tired and having some symptoms of withdrawal. Did anyone else have body aches at one week? I’ve gone through withdrawal before but it’s been awhile. The sugar cravings, heart racing, headache (only one big one) hand shaking sleep disturbances and stuff like that I all remember. But this fatigue and body aches are kicking my booty. Proud of you all for another day clean
