I hear you here. My emotions were all over the place for my first few months. Your body is learning to process all those emotions you used to drink to avoid. Sit with that emotion, try to recognize it and let it go on its way. You are healing!

Thank you. I guess I fight the emotions and not accept them or embrace them. Hiding in bed doesn’t make them go away.
