Day 14, decided to start sobriety before Xmas. Figured if i can do xmas and new years then anything is possible. Also figured id rather enter 2024 not feeling dreadful and regretful. I mean i feel awful but 1st 3 weeks of sobriety i am usually exhausted, in pain and brain foggy .
