14 days have passed still alcohol free, gone are the nightly panic attack dreams and I seem to have more energy. My wife still has a social drink and I have no issues pouring her one, knowing deep down that this time I was ready to give up helps, the same feeling I had when stopping smoking 30 cigarettes a day 32 years ago have never even had a puff since flicking that last butt.

14 days. Not much, but it feels like a lot. Im sleepy all the time even tho i sleep 12 to 15 hours a day. Ive been that way my whole life. The Stuff used to keep me waked up for longer. Not worth it though.
