Don’t feel bad about it - you should be proud of yourself! 3 days is impressive work – the beginning days were the toughest. Hang in there friend – it does get easier

Sooo today is day 2 & I’m struggling but I’m makin it. Workin so hard to keep busy but it’s affecting my sleep right now… but let’s do this!!
