I’m so glad you got good help from your therapist. I have had my therapist for 10 years. So many rough times she helped me through. So glad you are here and sharing. It’s a comforting feeling to know we are not alone.

Oh girl, I’d totally rock it! And my hair is straight out of the late 70s early 80s so even better. Is the celebration tonight?

I am glad we both decided to stop the cycle and get the help we needed and put the bottle down. It was definitely not easy at first, but looking back now i am so thankful i kept going. It was well worth it.

You will get there! Just take it one day at a time. Another day sober is another day of progress. Keep going even when it gets hard. The longer you go without alcohol the easier it becomes. You’ve got this!
