Emmers123 Im still new and going through it too. Today i kept seeing this old japanese provb Fall seven times, stand up 8. We are going to be pushed and we are going to struggle but it how we get up that matters. We fight for ourselves to get better and be better people. Sometimes even the people close to us won’t understand, but they will. They struggle just like we do but because they feel that they failed us. That they could have changed the outcome of our sisuations. I dont think he is mad at you but more himself. withdraw is alot of crazy even for them. I myself have relapeased six times in the last 3 almost 4 years, a lot of the times was because i couldnt deal with what was going on. Dont make that mistake like i have. Its good you got on here to talk to us. I too get uneasy around other people, but when i came across this app 4 days ago im glad i did because i get to be around people who like me struggle with there rebuilding process. My dad always says your only a failure when you stop trying and give up. Don’t give up on yourself. Be strong and keep pushing forward. Change can be hard an seems with moving and family spat your overwelmed. Take breather. Wait until your child is in bed draw a bath relax. Withdraw will pass give it a little time. Mood swings will settle. Find ways to keep busy and when sence your mood is going be off take a minute breath. Give yourself a moment to pass and go back to what you were doing.

I had to get sober to become happy
