When you think about it , staying sober isn’t easy but everything else is easier to deal with when sober. On the other hand getting shitfaced makes everything else much much harder…
Like a boat really, keep the water out,don’t catch fire and keep paddling ahead…don’t fall asleep…
Cuz waking up on the bottom of the sea and on fire( I felt that way really) in pitch black darkness

Have you tried A.A. or NA ? I avoided it for so long but has just made me think totally differently - so far anyway - it’s really early days but I’ve never stayed sober for a week before no matter what I tried

I said at one point , that when I was talking with some guests from the U.S I sad the first thing I would visit in the U.S was an AA meeting. The reaction was awesome.

Its non existent in my country, and my work takes me away to many other and the possibility of attending one if there is one is really small.
I really believe it’s an amazing thing and beneficial as hell (wrong word but I’ll kinda let it stay )
