Feeling extremely awful not doing well at all kids issues lost my mom in June 2021 then also step dad is moving on. I feel like I want 2 puke trying 2 stay sober and not have cigarettes really don’t know how 2 process everything i guess that’s why I’m here

Sorry Stephanie, it really does suck at times I agree.
But, it would really suck and be 10 times as shitty if we weren’t clear minded to fight the fires. And the fires come from shit that’s out of our control.
So, I’ve found comfort in coming here and talking about my feelings so that I don’t act them out like I used to. Feel better soon and hugs from this drunk.
