I found a natural anxiety cure

Hi guys.

I had to share this.

I have been researching for natural herbs and plants to cure or east my horrible anxiety.

I have been taking this bean extract for 4 days now and it completely takes away my anxiety. I’m literally shocked. Here is the below information about the Mucuna bean. Please reasearch it, I’m seriously a new person the last two days. Read the reviews on Amazon, everyone is raving, it works!

Happy Friday guys! :kissing_heart:

Mucuna Pruriens

L-dopa is needed for your brain to produce dopamine ( 12 ). Research has shown that Mucuna pruriens helps boost dopamine levels in humans, particularly those with Parkinson’s disease, a nervous system disorder that affects movement and is caused by a dopamine deficiency ( 13 ).

Glad you’re feeling improvements! Just a note to others to always chat to pharmacist or physician as many of these “natural” supplements can interact with other medications; this one included

Thank you!!! I’d found it on Amazon, then I thought I should wait to see comments first :+1::kissing_heart:

You’re very welcome! It’s literally a magic bean! I bought it from Amazon as well. And $23 for a bottle of 200 capsules, daily doze is 2 capsules, so that’s more than 2 months supply!

There is a warning about this bean, if you do take it it is advised to stop taking it two weeks before surgery. Here is the WebMD on the plant.

Oops I was responding to your post saying it’s just a bean but your post disappeared. It can also have serious interactions with medications, for example mental health medications, diabetes meds etc. Which is why it’s always important to seek professional advice before taking supplements. Not trying to knock this supplement, just reminding folks about potential interactions

There are some other warnings behind that link that are important to know, too (under interactions and side effects). Thanks for posting it.

I’m gonna make a doc appointment just to be safe.
You’re welcome guys, but please read everything on WebMD and other interfaces before you decide to take it.

All I know for now is that I feel pretty great on it so far.

For what its worth – I have been taking a pure Lion’s Mane supplement that does not contain mycelium, starch, grains, or other fillers since September. It took a couple weeks, but i did find that it “seemed” to level out the peaks and valleys of my anxiety. The only way I can describe it was that I didn’t feel that sudden warm feeling that anxious moments would bring that would hit at the base of my neck between my shoulders and begin rising to my head.

Again YMMV as I am a Goat.

Sounds wise. Hope it goes well.

WebMD is a prime example that knowledge without context is dangerous. LOL

I have a natural cure for stress and anxiety too: I hit things and people. Of course, it’s not random things and people. It’s things specially designed to be hit, kicked, kneed, elbowed, and headbutted, and the people are themselves learning how to hit things and people. The added bonus to this is one must also learn how not to get hit.

Works for me.

I once used WebMD to self-diagnose chest pain. Diagnosis was either severe chest cold, broken rib, or a collapsed lung.

I chose the least scary of the three, took some theraflu, and binge watched the Walking Dead. Three days later I was fine. I would have thought a collapsed lung would have been more debilitating, but it was only as bad as a severe cold.
