I have two months from meth … Drinking … Now im dealing with really bad arthritis and maybe a hernia … My adopted son … Lost his son so it been a ruff two months but i am still clean. I have come along ways in my life …

Sorry to hear about your health issues and the loss of your family member. Feeling all those feelings sober that we buried for so long can be extremely difficult but you’re doing it. Good for you! Make self care a priority during these trying times. Happy to be walking this journey with you.

Thank you … It has been a long progress to get here …i thought bout it a coule of time but then i focus on something else … N it helped i live in a small town where there is no meeting hardly so how can i go to meetings
