This is true now, and anytime. It reminds me of the saying “The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”

I can definitely relate to that, as I would be in my 80s if I live another 20 years. That thought should help me get out of my funk and go for a run tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder.
