No real questions for you at the moment. I Just want to say thank you for telling a bit about yourself and your people. I’m old enough to remember the reign of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, and how that ended. Yours is a fascinating country with an incredible rich history and current diversity. Politics and rulers don’t do it justice at all. Would love to visit there one day. Wishing you and all your countrymen and countrywomen love and peace and a happy life.

I have met many Iranians here in the U.S. through my work and I’m trying to pick up a few words of Farsi! Its a beautiful language and Im a big fan of Farsi poetry, even though I have to read translations that probably don’t do it true justice. Are you a fan of poetry?

I am deeply moved by the poems of the Iranian poet Rumi. He has a way of capturing a moment in a few words, in a way that pulls you into the moment.

I especially like number 1 at this site. It reminds me of a helpful recovery mindset actually :innocent:
