Today is my five months! I’m genuinely so happy and so proud of myself. I have been using since I was 15 years old, and in those long years I’ve had smaller stints of sobriety, but I think my longest amount of time before this was 3 months. And I was never serious about it. I would just be sober out of circumstance or because I felt like my family was forcing me. I chose this for ME this time. It seriously feels so good. I will never go back. To anyone struggling, you can do this, I promise. There IS light at the end of the tunnel. Sobriety is possible and it’s so good. Thanks to everyone in here as well who’s supported me along the way
