Those are some great things about sobriety!
Sleep is on the top of my list too! Sleep is when our bodies and mind heal and recharge. Alcohol prevents a full deep sleep and in my case, drinking for decades made me a zombie all the time, but not any more!
Congrats again! Hope you had some cake or other celebratory dessert and look forward to being here to see your year two!
