Hey im Derek and im 26 and im heavily addicted to ketamine. I have been doing it every week for the past year and a half and its starting to impact a lot of impthings in my life including my relationship with my lady. Sonany help is appreciated

Congrats on taking the first step to a better life. Admitting I had an addiction was hard to do. Seeking help was even harder, but so worth it.
My advice is to interact on this forum daily and seek in person support. Doing this alone is nearly impossible so stay connected with like minded people. Lastly, take it one day at a time or even one hour at a time. Urges will come but they won’t last long. Just ride them out and eventually they’ll subside.
