I have a problem with alcohol and I’ve ruined my entire life. My partner has left me, I’ve lost my house my job and my life. I have no money or even furniture. I’ve always used alcohol to self medicate due to my mental health problems. I feel rock bottom and suicidal. I now don’t see a way my life can ever improve. I don’t know what to do or where to turn

Annie, you’re here and you know things need to change. That’s a huge first step. Things can absolutely get better. But I agree with the others –sometimes we need professional help to get started. Call 988, talk to a doctor, get some professional support. And keep checking in here, because every single one of us is rooting for you.
