Absolutely awful to be honest. I didn’t sleep properly and I haven’t made it up yet. I’ve just cried all day. I just feel so so low x

It’s okay to stay in bed and cry, honestly. Give yourself the space to mourn. A lot has happened and you don’t have to pretend otherwise. I know it doesn’t feel like it right now, but I promise that it does get better, and you’re already taking steps to ensure that. We’re here for you. ![]()

Perhaps a trip to see a doctor? See if there are ways they can help you, its a possibility you are lacking in important vitamins especially B vitamins which are very important, im not telling you what to do but I strongly advise you do so, let’s try and get you physically feeling better and checked over yeah?
rest, eat, drink tea and water and do something kind for yourself, a hot shower, a breath meditation, a walk. You need to nurture your body and calm your soul. Babysteps, day by day. Keep going. Focus on your health.
All I can say is dial 988 from your cell! They will talk you down & can contact a mental health facility if you feel needed this method. I went in voluntary for 4 weeks & it was the best thing I ever did!!
Thanks all. I’m going to get a doctors appointment on Monday as I just feel my mental health is getting worse and worse. I expected it to improve a tiny bit with not drinking not to go the other way.I can even hear music playing on repeat on my head now which I’ve never experienced before. Just really struggling

Be as honest as you can with the doctor Annie, have them do bloods to check on all your levels aswell, when your body is lacking what it needs it will affect your mental health for sure, im so glad your gonna take this step and get checked over, proud of you lady, for now keep trying to eat little and often and sipping water, we are all here for you ![]()
That’s a common effect, it often gets worse before getting better.
I’m grateful you get medical help, be honest to your dr.
