Im 3rd day today, im 28 and my weight is only 58 because when i drink too much I don’t want to eat food.
I never eat food for 4 - 5 days, only beer i drink. Because i lose my appetite.
My mom said you are not become fat your friends do…
Now im getting my appetite back, can you suggest some tips to gain weight, i will come to homw country after completing 100 days of sober challenge
Oats and pasta. But try to eat a healthy balance. Proteins like chicken and fish. Fruit and vegetables. Make sure you are getting vitamins in you. I would also go see the doctor just for a check up and some advise. Main thing is to eat . Hope this helped
Nuts. Hummus. Healthy Breads. Avocados. Olive Oil. Dates.
These are all calorie dense foods and healthy
Then, yes, eat… eat fruits, vegetables, meats, pasta, fish…
Sweets in moderation are okay for you also
