Hi. Today is my first day trying to stop self-harming. I know it’s a bad coping skill and I know that I need to stop but I don’t know if I’ll be able to. I typically self-harm because I feel uncomfortable and anxious.
Any tips for staying sober?

Support groups like on here and in meetings are usually a great place to start.
Counseling?
Therapy?
Tried any of them?

Self-harm is not something I personally struggle with but there are many on Talking Sober who do. I responded to one new member about this a few days ago:
There is support and help, and there is a way out. Don’t give up.
ive been clean for 8 months and the thing that has helped me best is trying to please myself more than others i suffer with social anxiety so ive been taking small steps to being less anxious and its scary but aslong as u want to be clean just keep that thought up there !
