I would love to have some new recipes from the gang! Vegetarian please

I’ve been exploring more recipes and cooking a lot more because of the pandemic for sure, but now because I’m in recovery and have even more time on my hands. I would love some new recipes or even cooking show recommendations. Thanks for the suggestions in advance  and enjoy your weekend y’all!

My favorite cookbook is the ‘Thug kitchen’ cookbook. You can find some of the recipes online, and even some YouTube videos.
There are a lot of cuss words involved, so if you are easily offended by that stuff it probably isn’t for you.
The lentil enchiladas are my favorite recipe ive made so far.

Check out the foodies unite thread. There is always a ton of inspiration and good ol home cooking skills displayed. I enjoy it because we are from all corners of the globe so there is always so much variety on there ! :grinning:

I’m sure someone was offended by the name :unamused:

Roasted Brussel Sprouts (not vegan)

Preheat oven to 420°f
Halve a bunch of fresh brussel sprouts (trim stems and remove outer layer)
Toss in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper
Place on baking sheet
Cook for 40 to 50 minutes
Turn over (or move them around) every 10 minutes
Once cooked to your liking, mix 1 tblspn of honey and 1 tblspn of balsamic vinegar together and toss in the sprouts
Serve hot
