That’s great you have realized you may have a problem! That’s definitely a first step! Reach out to family and close friends. They will be more understanding than you think

Talk to your parents. See your doctor.
Ibuprofen is not the best for hurting stomachs. If you have pain it’s best to find out why and get appropriate treatment that hopefully wil just make the pain go away and get you off the ibuprofen.
Your parents will hopefully want you to get the best care and hopefully help you get that
