This is this year’s snow statue winner from Michigan Techs winter carnival. It amazes me how much detail they get into these sculptures.
This area that I call home really does have some neat stuff to enjoy.

Amazing! They do a snow sculpture competition here downtown, too. I’ll have to take some photos but it’s been warm…might have all melted!

Can’t really find any good pics. Saranac lake the next town over does a winter carnival every year. This year was totally 80s, had the back to the future car carved out, e.t bunch of stuff. Big parade and lots of partying so definitely not something I go to. Can’t get over there anyways it’s about a 30 min drive, but still cool
