Please reply w/ it. I want to feel not alone with my anger, sadness, instability, and embarrassment about the plague of addiction.
Not to be a negative Nancy here… is why I titled it if you already felt that way, you know…

When we take the addiction away we are left with nerves anxiety embarrassment rage anger all because we are emotional people and have beat ourselves up more over our own bad decisions than any of our enemies could ever do to us. You can drink or drug or abuse yourself for several years and expect it all to fix overnight in a few days. You need support and nonjudgmental people to support and uplift you when you’re feeling “off”. Reach out and chat. I’m here if you would like to chat.
