I am going through a very intense process.
I am held and supported, but I feel like I need the support of a sponser to help me through.
Im recently becoming aware of my trauma body. At how so many aspects of my personality are coming from trauma, disguises.
I have always justified my porn addiction, thinking that it doesnt really mean anything or hurt anyone.
But its becoming slowly more apparant that porn is just the tip of the iceberg for a lifetime of trauma response.
Ive never spoken about my porn use. I dont understand it. There is a lot of shame, vulnersbility, and twistedness in and around it that I need a safe space to unpack.
Talk. This is a strong message I recieved. Talk it out. Talk it through. See it, for what it is, finally.
I live in Peru, so Im looking for someone I can phone. Maybe based in the Americas for time zome convinience.
I really dont know how to find a sponser, so I hope this post is appropriate here. I find all the various sites to location specific places to be very confusing, as I live so fsr sway from all of them.
My daughter is 6 months old.
She needs a solid father.
