You mean like for baking and stuff?
I think so. Just saw it as an ingredient on something. I don’t bake. It just said cocoa powder 7%
I do a lot of baking and the cocoa powder I use does not contain alcohol. I also use cacao powder, it does not contain alcohol either. Chocolate liquor does not contain alcohol either.
You may be thinking of chocolate liqeuer, which does contain alcohol.

Cocoa powder doesn’t have alcohol as far as I am aware. Typically, dried ingredients don’t contain alcohol. Might be the % of cacoa. Like a dark chocolate bar may have 70% cacoa.
