Hey sober people! I was doing some research on addiction and found all of this stuff about the links between shame and addiction .I don’t know if many people know about this , I didn’t but yeah it’s a whole theory and treatment that’s based on the belief that shame is directly linked to addiction. I found it to be very interesting . Thought others might be interested in it

Or should I say addiction is linked to shame…
