Is AA more Christian than the religion?

Hello all. I wanted to share with y’all some of my research from the past two years. Ever since I got sober I have been working on a book that uncovers hidden knowledge, esoteric/ mystical spirituality and how they relate with recovery. I periodically hand them out at AA meetings to anyone who might be interested. I believe this service to others is what has kept me sober.

Disclaimer: This write-up contains historical biblical facts and opinions that may be upsetting to some people.

Sometimes it’s hard to try and mesh religion with AA; they seem to have opposing ideas. One of the things I have discovered in my research is that the teachings of Jesus mesh perfectly with AA, but teachings from Paul for instance or the old testament seem to be completely opposite.

Another thing is that the biblical texts focus very little on the historical Jesus, compared to what information is available.

Jesus was all about faith, Unity, service, forgiveness, repentance and discipleship (sponsorship); concepts which are drilled into every iota of the twelve steps.

Not only this, but our sources make it clear that Jesus’s version of God meshes perfectly with twelve step philosophy- It is everything and all things therefore cannot be defined as any one entity or idea:

And Jesus said, “the God I speak about is everywhere, he cannot be encompassed with walls, nor hedged about with bounds of any kind”. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 28:12

Our sources:

Source: Edgar Cayce

Our first source on Jesus and the group called the Essenes is from a gentleman named Edgar Cayce. Cayce was a nationally revered psychic medium from the early twentieth century. He was a devout Christian and Sunday school teacher who, as a young man, underwent a hypnotic regression which gave him the ability to contact the Akashic records.

The Akashic records are talked about in the Bible and are referred to as“God’s Book of Remembrance" or “The Book of Life”.

Author Levi H. Dowling explains the Akashic records in 1908:

“The finer ethers, called by Oriental scholars, Akasha, are sensitized

films on which every sound, color, word, even every thought, is registered. The truth of this statement is not now questioned by any great

number of critical scholars, although it may not come within the scope

of scientific proof. “

Over the course of his psychic “career”, Edgar Cayce gave over 14,000 psychic readings. At first, he would give medical diagnoses to people, sometimes across the country, by only having their name and address.

He would go into trance and search the records and find the cure to their ailments. He was found to be over 95% accurate when followed up by medical personnel. He became so famous and helped so many people that he met an early demise, giving too many readings and deteriorating his health in an extreme manner.

Although his early readings were health related, he soon realized that his “patients” were not only alive, in this current life, but that they all had many, many past lives. So he began doing past life readings to help his patients work out traumas and gain insight and highlight possible karmic lessons.

Several of the persons whom he helped had past lives around the time of Jesus, and many belonged to the Essene group. There were also many readings where the unconscious Cayce was specifically asked about the life of Jesus. Many of our readings were found in the book “Edgar Cayce’s Story of Jesus” which was compiled by Jeffrey Furst.

Bill Wilson, co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous, was actually a big fan of Cayce. Wilson’s inspiration came largely through esoteric/ mystical sources like Emanuel Swedenborg, William James, The Oxford Group and Cayce. I found an actual letter from AA’s Bill Wilson to Edgar Cayce’s son Hugh Cayce, written in 1951, where he expresses his admiration for the work of Cayce:

Here are just a few of Cayce’s over 14,000 recorded readings that showcase the accuracy of his information:

Source: The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ

Our second source is The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, which was written by Levi H. Dowling. This book, which records Jesus’s life from birth to resurrection contains all of the lost years missing from the Bible; ages 13-29 in which many sources say Jesus travelled to the far East and other places. The timeline in this book matches so closely to Cayce’s record of Jesus’s lost years that it becomes almost impossible to believe either inaccurate.

Dowling was born in the mid 1800’s and was a Protestant Christian pastor at the early age of eighteen. During the Civil War, he was a chaplain for the Union army; bringing the good news of Christ to battle worn soldiers.

After the war, Dowling dedicated the next forty years to mastering the arts of spirituality and meditation. Along the way, he learned how to access the Akashic records; the same database of information Edgar Cayce used during his psychic readings.

In the early morning hours of each day, Dowling would meditate and access the records and transcribe details from the life of Jesus; eventually compiling his findings in The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, which he published in 1908, just three years before his death.

The Aquarian Gospel is prefaced as follows:

“The life of Jesus, the Nazarene, is the most precious heritage of the

children of men. Jesus lived in an age not very far advanced in spiritual

consciousness, and not many of his works and words were comprehended

by the people, yet not one of his lessons has been lost. We have imper-

ishable records of every work, word and thought, and now, at the begin-

ning of the Aquarian Age, the age of spirit and of the Son of Man, they

are revealed, and in this book, The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ,

they are, for the first time, published to the world.

The source from which the information contained in this book has

been derived will, doubtless, be the subject of many honest inquiries,

and it is thought best to give some explanatory statements regarding

this matter.

The finer ethers, called by Oriental scholars, Akasha, are sensitized

films on which every sound, color, word, even every thought, is regis-

tered. The truth of this statement is not now questioned by any great

number of critical scholars, although it may not come within the scope

of scientific proof. In regard to this matter the student must deal with

the same kind of testimonies that has ever been relied upon to prove

the existence of God and a future life.

There are three postulates of which the natural man knows nothing,

and these are: (1) God is; (2) Man fives after death; (3) Every word,

thought and intent of man is recorded in the Book of Remembrance.

These are spiritual postulates, and cannot be established by the

testimonies of the senses. They are things of the Spirit of God, and

Paul, the Christian apostle, said:

"The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for

they are foolishness unto him; neither can he know them, because they

are spiritually discerned." (1 Cor. 2:14.)

But we are speaking unto men who have risen above prejudice and

know that they "have a more sure word of prophecy, whereunto they do

well that they take, heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place,

until the day dawn and the Day Star arise in their hearts." (2 Peter 1:19.)

Many sacred writers have referred to these universal record ethers,

and some have called them “books.” Malachi said:

"They that feared the Lord spoke often one to another; and the

Lord harkened and heard it, and a Book of Remembrance was written

before him for them that feared the Lord and thought upon his name."

(Mai. 3:16.)

John certainly referred to these records when ne said:

"And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the

books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the Book of

Life; and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in

the books according to their works." (Rev. 20:12.)

In this great Book of Remembrance were recorded all the lessons

that Jesus taught, as well as a well-worded history of his career.

While words and thoughts impress themselves upon these etheric

films, or pages of the Book of Remembrance, it is necessary for an agent

to make a record of events. This agent has been called the Recording

Messenger, frequently referred to by sacred writers.

With every soul born into this world our heavenly Father sends a

messenger as life-companion, who is commissioned to light up the way

and record every event. These messengers were in the mind of the

great teacher when he said:

"Take heed that you despise none of these little ones; for I say unto

you, that in heaven their messengers do always behold the face of my

Father in heaven." (Matt. 18:10.)

The messenger of Jesus must be credited with the remarkable clear-

ness with which these holy records have been made in the Book of

Remembrance.

During the years that have passed since the records were made,

many people have been permitted to make extracts from them and pub-

lish them for the benefit of man. The book of the New Testament,

known as the Gospel according to John, was copied almost wholly from

these records, and many sublime passages in the works of the Christian

fathers were obtained from the same source.

The evangelists, Matthew, Mark and Luke, collected from current

history some lessons and incidents of the life of Jesus and published

them; but all they gave is fragmentary. A few incidents of his infantile

days and one event at the age of twelve are given, and that is all that

men know of him so far as these writings are concerned, until he was

thirty years of age. We then have given a few of his marvelous lessons,

a record of a limited number of his mighty works, and a brief history

of his resurrection and ascension, and then the student is left to draw

upon his imagination to supply historic deficiencies.

For centuries the consecrated believer has thought it strange that

the divine Father who directs all the affairs of the world should ordain

that only such incomplete accounts of these matchless teachings should

have been given to men, and has prayed for greater light.

Men have not seemed to realize that the work of God is not for a

day, but for all ages. At the time of the fragmentary writings of Mat-

thew, Mark, Luke and John the world was ready for no more than was

given.

Even after more than three years of intimate companionship with

the Master the disciples were not ready to receive all the truth. Just

before his crucifixion Jesus said to them:

"I have yet many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear

them now. Howbeit when she, the Spirit of truth, is come, she will

guide you into all truth; for she will not speak for herself, but what

things soever she shall hear, these shall she speak." (John 16:12, 13.)

(In the Book of Remembrance the Holy Spirit, known as the Holy

Breath, is referred to as feminine, really, the divine Mother.)

The world has at last risen to the plane of spiritual consciousness

where men can grasp the higher meanings of the life and lessons of Jesus,

and the Spirit of truth has torn away the veil, and a son of man, after

more than forty years of preparation, has been permitted to enter the

great galleries where all life histories are recorded and make a copy of

these records. This copy, and the translations thereof, constitute THE

AQUARIAN GOSPEL OF JESUS THE CHRIST

To the world it matters not who Levi, the translator of these holy

records, may be; his work stands unimpeachable. The character of

the translated texts and lessons bears the stamp of Jesus, the Christ;

for no man, except the world’s greatest master, could have touched the

chords of divine wisdom which these messages breathe forth.

With hearts overflowing with gratitude to the Supreme Giver of

life and all its blessings, we place this Gospel within the reach of all men,

fully believing that with it in hand and heart the great body of believers

will be able to “keep the unity of the spirit in the bonds of peace.”

Dolores Cannon (1931–2014) was an American hypnotherapist, author, and lecturer best known for developing a style of hypnosis she called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Beginning in the 1960s, she conducted thousands of hypnosis sessions in which clients described what they experienced as past lives, spirit communication, and historical events.

In Jesus and the Essenes, Cannon’s primary source is a hypnosis subject who, while in trance, identified himself as “Suddi,” an Essene living at Qumran during the lifetime of Jesus. Through these sessions, she reconstructs:

  • Daily life within the Essene community,

  • The education and spiritual training of Jesus and John the Baptist,

  • Essene interpretations of Old Testament figures

  • Events surrounding the Dead Sea Scrolls and early Christianity.

Readers who are familiar with Edgar Cayce often notice parallels between Cannon’s work and Cayce’s readings. Both describe:

-Reincarnation as a framework for understanding spiritual development,

-The Essenes as playing a significant role in preparing for Jesus’ ministry,

-Hidden or esoteric traditions preserved outside the biblical canon

-History being accessible through altered states of consciousness.

Source: Nicholas Notovitch’s “The Unknown Life of Jesus:

Nicolas Notovitch (1858–after 1916) was a Russian journalist, traveler, and author best known for his book The Unknown Life of Jesus Christ (1894). In the book, Notovitch recorded that while recovering from an injury at Hemis Monastery in Ladakh, India, Buddhist monks showed him ancient Tibetan manuscripts describing the “lost years” of Jesus.

According to these manuscripts, Jesus—referred to as “Issa”—traveled to India and Tibet between the ages of thirteen and twenty-nine, where he studied Hindu and Buddhist teachings before returning to Judea.

The Hemis monastery was also specified as a destination for Jesus in The Aquarian Gospel. Notovitch’s book was highly controversial, and its authenticity was viciously attacked by church authorities. Even today, AI programs like ChatGPT and Google will flat out lie and tell you that Notovitch flat out lied about seeing the manuscripts.

What they won’t tell you, unless you directly call them out on it, is that since Notovitch, at least four other reputable persons have witnessed these same manuscripts at the Hemis monastery and verified Notovitch’s account: Clarence Gask, Nicholas Roerich, Swami Trigunatitananda and Swami Abhedananda. About Abhedananda:

“Subsequently, Abhedananda had the English translation of Notovitch’s text printed in India where the “Christian” authorities had until then prohibited both its publication or its importation and sale.

Immediately after the publication of the English edition of Notovitch’s book, the British Government in India hired Moslems to go throughout Ladakh and neighboring areas posing as Hindus in search of further manuscripts about Jesus in India.

They were to buy the manuscripts and bring them to their employers to be destroyed. Whether this shameful ruse succeeded to any degree we have no knowledge.” -OCOY.org/original-christianity/the-christ-of-india/

After Notovitch left India, he took the scrolls to Rome to inform the Vatican of his findings. To his surprise, the cardinal to whom he spoke told Notovitch that the Vatican was well aware of Jesus’s time in India and that the Vatican Library had 63 books which told the story of Jesus’s travels!

The cardinal offered to buy the manuscripts from Notovitch but Notovitch refused.

Swami Trigunatitananda of India not only saw the manuscript at the Hemis monastery, he also was shown two paintings of Jesus while he was there. One was a depiction of his conversation with the Samaritan Woman at the well.

You may ask how did someone from India get a painting of Jesus and the Samaritan woman if this event took place in Galilee 2,000 years ago? This is where it gets interesting.

In the Aquarian Gospel, chapter 81 the book indicates that a priest from temple Jagannath named Laamas had recently travelled from India to travel with Jesus and his disciples, and it was shortly after Laamas arrived that they met the woman by the well.

Perhaps the picture was drawn by Laamas or given to him to take back to India; I really don’t know but what are the odds that the Gospel mentions that an Indian priest happened to visit Jesus during this time, and that a painting of this event would wind up at a monastery in India?

The other picture seen by the Swami at the Hemis Monastery was of Jesus meditating in the Himalayan forest surrounded by wild beasts that were tamed by his very presence. In America the Swami described the painting to an artist who produced the following painting:

The BBC, along with author and traveller Edward T. Martin, produced a documentary about Jesus in India in 2008, which you can watch on Youtube. During the filming of the documentary, he (Martin) travelled to the Jagannath Temple in Puri, India, which is the temple that Jesus was reported to have studied in during his teenage years in both The Aquarian Gospel and the Notovitch manuscripts.

In the documentary, Martin interviews his holiness the Shankaracharya of Puri, who is one of the four ecclesiastical heads of the Hindu religion. He would be equal to the pope in Catholicism.

The Shankarachara goes on to explain that the (older, now nonexistent) Jagannath Temple was established in 483 B.C. and that indeed Jesus had studied there for several years. We don’t see why such a man would have any reason to make up this story.

Specifically, according to his holiness, Jesus studied the Achar Samhita, or the Code of Conduct; a very specific text. I found this to be extremely helpful information, and I am going to tell you why.

The Aquarian Gospel specifically names the Code of Conduct as the material Jesus was studying while in temple Jagannath, and since the interview with the Shankarachara in 2008 was the only other source where this text was mentioned, it couldn’t have come from the Notovitch book or anywhere else.

Swami Abhedananda (20th century witness of the Hemis manuscripts) had a picture of Jesus in his home in India when it was visited by Martin during the filming of his documentary. Supposedly it was given to the Swami by none other than Notovitch himself, who somehow got it or copied it from the Hemis Monastery:

Could this be an accurate depiction of Jesus?

Boundless Love: True Christianity

“It is a historical fact that in the aftermath of the Council of Nicaea in AD 325 the original manuscripts of the New Testament underwent numerous alterations and adulterations. Certain scholars, called ‘Correctors,’ were appointed by the ecclesiastical authorities and commissioned to ‘correct’ Scripture in the interests of orthodoxy. Further alterations and spurious interpolations were made in the sixth century AD [during the Second Council of Constantinople], to counter the surge in popularity of the Christian Gnostic movement. Consequently many of the Church’s teachings are very different and, even in some cases, exactly opposite to that which Jesus originally taught.

Regarding the Epistles, no less an authority than the Roman Catholic Church’s own official recorded history states that the Epistles were, quote, “greatly interpolated”.

However, regardless of any later interpolation, there is a growing body of opinion which maintains that Paul was guilty of leading a schism against true Christianity. Certainly, many of the teachings of Paul (or at least the writings attributed to him) - who had never even met Jesus - were directly contrary to that which Jesus had originally taught. Paul’s writings spoke in favor of meat-eating, the oppression of women, even slavery, etc. all things that were anathema to Jesus.” –Essene.com

Here is a compilation of verses from the Aquarian Gospel which I feel relate closest with steps 1-3:

They sat beneath an olive tree, and Jesus opened up the mysteries of life to Peter, James and John. He said, The Spirit of eternity is One unmanifest; and this is God the Father, God the Mother, God the Son in One.

In life of manifests the One became the Three, and God the Father is the God of might; and God the Mother is omniscient God, and God the Son is love. And God the Father is the power of heaven and earth; and God the Mother is the Holy Breath, the thought of heaven and earth; and God the Son, the only son, is Christ, and Christ is love.

I came as man to manifest this love to men, As man I have been subject unto all the trials and temptations of the human race; but I have overcome the flesh, with all its passions and its appetites. What I have done all men can do. And I am now about to demonstrate the power of man to conquer death; for every man is God made flesh.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 163:30-37

And Jesus said: It is the consciousness that man is aught; that God and man are one. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 22:23

And Jesus, standing in the midst of them exclaimed, Behold, indeed, the king has come, but Jesus is not king. Men call me Christ, and God has recognized the name; but Christ is not a man. The Christ is universal love, and Love is king. Then hear, you men of Israel, hear! Look not upon the flesh; it is not king. Look to the Christ within, who shall be formed in every one of you, as he is formed in me.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 68:2,11,13

The soul is drawn to perfect light by four white steeds, and these are Will, and Faith, and Helpfulness and Love.

That which one wills to do, he has the power to do. A knowledge of that power is faith; and when faith moves, the soul begins its flight.

A selfish faith leads not to light. There is no lonely pilgrim on the way to light. Men only gain the heights by helping others gain the heights. The steed that leads the way to spirit life is Love; is pure unselfish Love. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 59:2-6

But, lo, I say, Before the great day of the Lord shall come, the Holy Breath will make all mysteries known

The mysteries of the soul, of life, of death, of immortality; the oneness of a man with every other man and with his God. Then will the world be led to truth, and man will be the truth.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 162:7-9

For we must know that man is not a creature made of clay to turn again to clay and disappear.

He is a part of the eternal whole. There never was a time when he was not; a time will never come when he will not exist.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 114:44-45

“No man lives unto himself; for every living thing is bound by cords to every other living thing” -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 8:2

And Jesus said, “the God I speak about is everywhere, he cannot be encompassed with walls, nor hedged about with bounds of any kind”. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 28:12

“Man is a marvel in the universe. He is part of everything, for he has been a living thing on every plane of life”. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 32:4

Faith is the healing power of every drop of all the waters of this spring.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 41:9

The waters of the fount are love; the potency is faith, and he who plunges deep into the living springs, in living faith, may wash away his guilt and be made whole, and freed from sin.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 41:24

When you have purified your hearts by faith, the king will enter in, and you will see his face-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 68:14

That which one wills to do, he has the power to do. A knowledge of that power is faith; and when faith moves, the soul begins its flight.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 59:3-4

“There are two selves: the higher self and the lower self. The higher self is human spirit clothed in soul, made in the form of God. The lower self is illusion, and will pass away; the higher self is God in man, and it will not pass away.” -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 8:5,6,8

Here are verses that I believe are most applicable to steps 4-10:

And Jesus said, I do not see a greatest of the Ten Commands. I see a golden cord that runs through all the Ten Commands that binds them fast and makes them one. This cord is love, and it belongs to every word of all the Ten Commands. If one is full of love he does not need commands of any kind. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 17: 3-4, 7

If you would be discharged from all the debts you owe to God and man, the debts you have incurred by wilfully transgressing [karmic] law, You must pass by (forgive) the debts of every man; for as you deal with other men your God will deal with you-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 94:12,13

And he explained to him the secret doctrine of forgiveness, and the blotting out of sins. The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 37:8

And Jesus comes to bring the savior of the world to men; Love is the savior of the world.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 79:16

But retribution comes; for whatsoever men shall do to other men the righteous Judge will do to them.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 43:7

The most efficient prayer that men can offer to a god of any kind is helpfulness to those in need of help; for what you do for other men the Holy One will do for you.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 46:17

To those who followed him the master said, If man would gain again his lost estate he must respect the brotherhood of life.

Whoever is not kind to every form of life—to man, to beast, to bird, and creeping thing—cannot expect the blessings of the Holy One; for as we give, so God will give to us. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 74:23-24

Woe to the cruel and relentless man; he is himself the victim of his deeds. The evil he would do to other men rebounds; the scourger is the scourged.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 95:26-27

And he who calls his brother soulless vagabond shall answer to the council of the just; And he who calls his brother a degenerate, a dog, fans into life the burning fires of hell within himself. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 97:8,9

If you do unto other men as they do unto you, you are but slaves, but followers in the way to death.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 97:27

For as you judge you shall be judged, and as you give it shall be given to you. If you condemn, you are condemned. When you show mercy, men are merciful to you, and if you love in such a way that carnal man can comprehend your love, you will be well beloved.

And so the wise man of this world does unto other men as he would have them do to him. Man is himself the field; his deeds are seeds, and what he does to others grows apace; the harvest time is sure.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 100:3-8

And Jesus said, Do you not know that every one committing sin is slave of sin? abides in bondage unto sin? If you sin not then you are free; but if you sin in thought, or word, or deed, then you are slaves. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 135:22-23

A lawyer said, Rabboni, if God rules the worlds and all that in them is, did he not bring about this storm? did he not slay these men?

Has he not brought this sore distress upon these people here? and was it done to punish them for crimes? And we remember well when once a band of earnest Jews from Galilee were in Jerusalem, and at a feast and were, for fancied crimes against the Roman law,

Cut down within the very temple court by Pontius Pilate; and their blood became their sacrifice. Did God bring on this slaughter all because these men were doubly vile?

And then we bring to mind that once a tower called Siloam, graced the defences of Jerusalem, and, seemingly, without a cause it tottered and it fell to earth and eighteen men were killed. Were these men vile? and were they slain as punishment for some great crime?

And Jesus said, We cannot look upon a single span of life and judge of anything.

There is a law that men must recognize: Result depends on cause. Men are not motes to float about within the air of one short life, and then be lost in nothingness.

They are undying parts of the eternal whole that come and go, lo, many times into the air of earth and of the great beyond, just to unfold the God-like self. A cause may be a part of one brief life; results may not be noted till another life.

The cause of your results cannot be found within my life, nor can the cause of my results be found in yours. I cannot reap except I sow and I must reap what e’er I sow, Whatever men do unto other men the judge and executioner will do to them.

So when men see no further than one little span of life it is no wonder that they say, There is no God, or if there is a God he is a tyrant and should die.

If you would judge aright of human life, you must arise and stand upon the crest of time and note the thoughts and deeds of men as they have come up through the ages past; For we must know that man is not a creature made of clay to turn again to clay and disappear. He is a part of the eternal whole. There never was a time when he was not; a time will never come when he will not exist.

And now we look; the men who now are slaves were tyrants once; the men who now are tyrants have been slaves. The men who suffer now, once stood aloft and shouted with a fiend’s delight while others suffered at their hands. And men are sick, and halt, and lame, and blind because they once transgressed the laws of perfect life, and every law of God must be fulfilled.

Man may escape the punishment that seems but due for his misdoings in this life; but every deed and word and thought has its own metes and bounds, Is cause, and has its own results, and if a wrong be done, the doer of the wrong must make it right. And when the wrongs have all been righted then will man arise and be at one with God.

-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 114:19-51

The Lord with Peter, James and John were in Jerusalem; it was the Sabbath day.

And as they walked along the way they saw a man who could not see; he had been blind from birth. And Peter said, Lord, if disease and imperfections all are caused by sin, who was the sinner in this case? the parents or the man himself? And Jesus said, Afflictions all are partial payments on a debt, or debts, that have been made.

There is a law of recompense that never fails, and it is summarized in that true rule of life: Whatsoever man shall do to any other man some other man will do to him. In this we find the meaning of the Jewish law, expressed concisely in the words, Tooth for a tooth; life for a life.

He who shall injure any one in thought, or word, or deed, is judged a debtor to the law, and some one else shall, likewise, injure him in thought, or word or deed. And he who sheds the blood of any man will come upon the time when his blood shall be shed by man.

Affliction is a prison cell in which a man must stay until he pays his debts unless a master sets him free that he may have a better chance to pay his debts.

Affliction is a certain sign that one has debts to pay. Behold this man! Once in another life he was a cruel man, and in a cruel way destroyed the eyes of one, a fellow man. The parents of this man once turned their faces on a blind and helpless man, and drove him from their door.

Then Peter asked, Do we pay off the debts of other men when by the Word we heal them, drive the unclean spirits out, or rescue them from any form of sore distress? And Jesus said, We cannot pay the debts of any man, but by the Word we may release a man from his afflictions and distress, And make him free, that he may pay the debts he owes, by giving up his life in willing sacrifice for men, or other living things.

-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 114:19-51

And Jesus said, My brother, man, your thoughts are wrong; your heaven is not far away; and it is not a place of metes and bounds, is not a country to be reached; it is a state of mind.

God never made a heaven for man; he never made a hell; we are creators and we make our own. Now, cease to seek for heaven in the sky; just open up the windows of your hearts, and, like a flood of light, a heaven will come and bring a boundless joy -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ 33: 8-10

And finally

He said, We are not rich by what we get and hold; the only things we keep are those we give away. If you would live the perfect life, give forth your life in service for your kind, and for the forms of life that men esteem the lower forms of life. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 37:18, 19

The most efficient prayer that men can offer to a god of any kind is helpfulness to those in need of help; for what you do for other men the Holy One will do for you. And thus God helps.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 46:13-18

And this is God. You are, each one, a priest, just for yourself; and sacrifice of blood God does not want. Just give your life in sacrificial service to the all of life, and God is pleased. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 28:25

But you must lay aside your priestly robes; must cease to serve the Holy One for gold; must give your life, and all you have, in willing service to the sons of men. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 29:25

I give to you a new command: As I love you and give my life for you, so shall you love the world, and give your life to save the world.

Love one another as you love yourselves, and then the world will know that you are sons of God, disciples of the son of man whom God has glorified.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 161:4-5

“The only Savior of the world is Love, and Jesus, son of Mary, comes to manifest that Love to man.” -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 7:21

When you would offer sacrifice unto our God, just take your gift of grain, or meat and lay it on the table of the poor. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 26:19

And Jesus said, The foxes of the earth have homes, the birds have nests; I have no place to lay my head.

He who would follow me must give up all the cravings of the self and lose his life in saving life. I come to save the lost, and man is saved when he is rescued from himself. But men are slow to comprehend this doctrine of the Christ.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 66:18-20

To those who followed him the master said, If man would gain again his lost estate he must respect the brotherhood of life.

Whoever is not kind to every form of life—to man, to beast, to bird, and creeping thing—cannot expect the blessings of the Holy One; for as we give, so God will give to us.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 74:23-24

Man serves God by serving man -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 96:27

Refuse not him who calls for help and give to him who asks to borrow aught.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 97:20

What you would have your God give unto you, give unto men. The measure of your worth lies in your service unto men.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 101:10

Refuse not him who calls for help and give to him who asks to borrow aught.-The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 97:20

A ruler in the house of God is servant of the Lord of hosts, and man cannot serve God except by serving men.

A servant in the house of God cannot be servant in the house of wealth; nor in the synagogue of sense. If you are tied to lands, or bonds, or wealth of earth, your hearts are knit to things of earth; for where your treasures are there are your hearts.

Dispose of all your wealth, distribute it among the poor, and put your trust in God, and you nor yours will ever come to want. This is a test of faith, and God will not accept the service of the faithless one. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 112:3-7

If you will give your life in service of your fellow men, then you will save your life. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 129:4

And Jesus looked upon the sorrowing man and said, It is so hard for men with hoarded wealth to enter through the door into the kingdom of the soul. And his disciples were amazed at what he said. He answered them and said, I tell you, men, that they who trust in riches cannot trust in God and cannot come into the kingdom of the soul;

Yea, it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye than for a man with hoarded wealth to find the way of life. And his disciples said, Who then can find the way? Who can be saved? And Jesus said, The rich may give his gold away; the high may kiss the dust, and God will save. -The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ 142:24-33

Reincarnation is a concept that is quite foreign to most Americans, yet the evidence supporting its reality is vast. Cayce, for instance, began his psychic “career” by only performing medical readings, and due to his Christian background the idea that a soul might live multiple lifetimes was foreign to him… starting out at least.

However, as time passed, and as he did more and more readings, he began to have the ability to be able to see the past lives of his “patients”. In fact, he has done hundreds, if not thousands of past life readings for people.

Someone who found very similar results to Cayce was Delores Cannon. She was a hypnotist who had thousands of patients over the course of her career. She would take her patients back not only to childhood, to uncover traumas, but soon she realized she could take them back before birth, into previous lives.

When you look at her work alongside Cayce’s work the result is hard to deny. Cannon and Cayce both found that the human soul evolves through a series of lifetimes, driven by unfinished karmic lessons. This is the same process as Jesus describes in the Aquarian Gospel and as Ra describes in The Law of One.

Most people would be very surprised to hear that reincarnation was taught by Jesus, but the Aquarian Gospel actually goes into great detail about Jesus teaching this very thing.

We asked ChatGPT (artificial intelligence) its opinion on the concept of reincarnation in Christianity, the results I got were interesting.

Here is what I asked ChatGPT:

The closer in time we get to a source of information, the more undiluted the message. So to get the most accurate representation of what Jesus taught, it would be wise to see what the very earliest Christian church fathers had to say.

Origen of Alexandria was probably the most respected early church father in the history of the church. He was born in 185 A.D., and became the head of the most prestigious Christian school in the most theologically advanced city in the world; Alexandria, Egypt, at the early age of eighteen years old. His teacher Clement of Alexandria was rumored to have studied directly under pupils of the original twelve apostles.

Here is what Origen had to say about reincarnation:

“Each soul enters the world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defects of its past lives. Its place in this world is determined by past virtues and shortcomings.” — De Principalis

“The soul has a body at its disposal for a certain period of time which, due to its changeable condition, eventually is no longer suitable for the soul, whereupon it changes that body for another.” — Contra Celsum

Origen was imprisoned and tortured daily for two entire years by Roman authorities in an attempt to cause him to renounce his beliefs, which he never did! We believe that if he did not have a very deep belief that this was consistent with the teachings of Christ that he would have given up his charade rather early in the experience.

The final culmination of the removal of the teachings of karmic reincarnation from Christianity started during the edict of 543 A.D., where Roman/ Byzantine Emperor Justinian I burned all related literature, and made it illegal to teach these beliefs publicly!

Ten years later during the Second Council of Constantinople Justinian declared reincarnation heresy and removed all references to it from the Biblical texts. He did this against the wishes of the presiding pope, pope Vigilus, whom he imprisoned for months before, near death, he signed off on the alterations.

No, I actually give them away for free.

I just feel like there is powerful information here. When I shifted my belief systems and started to understand karma my disease just…de-activated for lack of a better term. I was on crack and meth and heroin and fentanyl and I was completely powerless to this stuff for over 20 years. Then all of a sudden it was gone.

If I have a chance to offer that to someone else I’m gonna do what I can to make that happen.
