There are a few safety / security programs that can help - there are several options if you search things like “parental control”; also, Covenant Eyes is made for this, and helps you involve a support person in keeping you accountable.
In my own case I got rid of my smartphone and replaced it with a flip phone. It’s a little harder to send text messages but that’s a small price to pay for totally removing the possibility of watching porn on my phone.

I recommend resetting your phone to factory settings. Then only use it for calls.
Retrain your brain that this phone is only for phone calls and nothing else.
I am still working on this myself, and the time in between relapses has increased exponentially! Slow and steady wins the race! I cannot say this enough, be kind to yourself.
