- Sushi - ideally, a sushi boat
- Steak tips (rare), roast potato, grilled onions
- Smoothie I make a few times a week, I never tire of it: frozen blueberries, unsweetened vanilla cashew milk, oats, vanilla protein powder, natural peanut butter, fat free cottage cheese, flaxseed meal
Sushi and Sashimi tend to be popular picks. Not sure if I’ve ever really tried Sashimi, but now I feel like I need to
- tacos
- hamburgers
- chicken shawarma
It’s just sushi without the rice, slivers of raw fish. I think it’s great! Although my favorite is nigiri.
-
Rye bread & cheese, tea, Greek yogurt with fruit
-
Chicken in cream sauce with rice
-
Mac’n’cheese with bacon
I need to change one of mine to this
I feel bad that I live in Japan but sushi or sashimi would very much not be my island food. 勿体無い. I like it, but just not that much.
And God said: I shall give you bacon, cheese and garlic to sustain you. It shall be tasty in your mouth and smelly in your breath. Your spouse shall find it attractive or kick you out of the bed. Yet, you shall desire these foods regardless. For what is man but a stinky bastard. Thus says the Lord your God.
So healthy!
The great debate: whether or not to sacrifice a meal for a beverage.
I’ve considered adding coffee to my list
And coffee was my last debate also well my first debate actually as it is at the top of my non negotiatives every morning and every day lol
-
Falafel with all the trimmings (I’ve been craving this all damn day as it is lol)
-
Garden salad loaded with all the things including Kalamata olives and shredded cheese with oil and balsamic vinegar.
-
Beef vindaloo or veggie tom yum soup. I can’t decide!!
Well, if I’m on that island I want to live long!
But I like to eat healthy in “normal” life as well.
And if this is all I may eat it’s maybe not that healthy as it seems
