It is all about energy momentum. For anyone who is struggling

This what I learnt. This is for all people who are struggling.

Be easy on yourself… sexual, reward seeking based energy is generally lower chakras, what it means is that it is pleasure, reward etc. More animalistic, nothing bad with it, but one can just get stuck there. It is because right from birth this higher movement of energy, sexual, survival has never been encouraged. It is just us humans moving from one point to another thing, this movement of energy comes from meditation, pranayam, yoga, prayer. Automatically, this attachment to the lower energy, vibration start dropping.
We have not been given the tools to deal with this scary, scary world. We move from fear, pleasure, reward, love. We have not build a state of mind (static energy that is produced within oneself and maintained there) to withstand this constant yo-yoing in life.

It is firstly, I want you to know, not your fault. It is not a matter of choice, but mainly just certain emotions are unbearable. It is any organism moving from pain to soothing, comfort or avoiding it. Depending how strong the force pulls you away from difficulties towards soothing, escape, distraction, you can pace your recovery. Do not focus on stopping or giving up something, as it is going to be difficult to do that from where you are right now. So hold on to something diffirent or that creates more positive, soothing energy.

There is constrast in these two states of being (and hence the energy behind it) . So if you are at 1 you cannot jump to 5 tomorrow, let alone 15 your ideal state of being. So from 1, try to move to 1.5, 2 each day slowly, do not force it too much and do not condemn yourself if you are not able to move up… as condemnation, and self crticism will create more shame and then you will subconsciously cling to the lower energy, vibration. Slowly as you move up, this energy will pick up its own momentum and then it will drive you further up, just as it did drive you further down to a different area.

So off all the things, first, stop focusing that you do not like about your life or yourself. Whatever one focuses increases. Change you focus, BE PATIENT. And let things move naturally.

Eventually you will get there, you will be surprised and it will move you and you will find less effort. Accept where you are, it would bring down the discomfort and pain and distress. Condemning where one is itself gains momentum and one then just is stuck there as the momentum is too high to break away from. Accept completely where you are RIGHT NOW and REMEMBER it is not WHO YOU REALLY ARE. THIS DOES NOT DEFINE WHO YOU ARE. Repeat these things to yourself through the day, repeat comforting words to yourself through the day. Slowly the positive energy, vibrations will take roots, bud.
